Now I know what I'm making for #treatday . I have a bag of fresh frozen blueberries in the freezer.
I wanted something a little sweet this morning with a kick of energy so I added MCT oil to my chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie. It made it nice and creamy and oh so good. 😀 Gearing up for a day of #gtd .
Greens, eggs and bacon. The #breakfast of champions. 😀I really need to get to the store and get some #whole30 #bacon. I feel so much better when I eat it. Featured is my backup bacon. The best turkey bacon I can find.
Cauliflower rice, snow peas, broccoli and shrimp. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, turmeric and coconut amino garlic sauce. Tasty!
I'm playing around with a #glutenfree white bread recipe for my bread machine. It turned out a little chewy but got rave reviews for flavor.
